PAL Halloween Parade

We invite children, teens, adults and seniors to participate. Everyone attending should line up at 25 DeForest Avenue at 2:45 PM.
We will parade to Summit's Village Green at 3:00 PM. Judging will take place at The Village Green. There will be music, entertainment and treats from 3:00-4:15 PM. Winners will be announced at 4:15 PM.

Fun will continue through 5:00 PM. 

Parade Route: DeForest Ave to Beechwood Road to Union Place to Maple Street. Arrival at Summit's Village Green, 356 Broad Street, Summit, NJ.

Prizes for first, second and third place costumes in seven different categories:
