Fitness & Wellness Senior Programs

All programs run throughout the academic school year and are included in the price of your Summit Senior Club Membership. Summit residents are welcome to join for just $10/year. Non-residents welcome. Learn more about the Summit Senior Club here.

Gentle Yoga

Focus on mind, body, spirit through breathing techniques and guided imagery. Positions may be modified if needed. 

Mondays & Fridays

    • Fridays from 9:30 – 10:30 AM 


T’ai Chi

Increased overall health and better stress management have been attributed to practicing T’ai Chi.

Wednesdays @ Pilgrim Baptist Church

Need a ride? The Senior Connections Bus runs on a set schedule throughout the week. To request a pickup, please call 908-273-0088 and leave a message before 8:15 AM. The bus only runs Monday through Friday.
