Stand Up Paddleboard Class
These classes will introduce the fundamentals to working out on an unstable surface in the water utilizing our Glide Fit platform. You'll be introduced to a variety of exercises to build strength from head to toe while you raise your heart rate with the added bonus of firing stabilizers that often go unused in a fun new way. As you orient yourself on the platform you will be working your core to the strengthen your body. Adding in mobility and flexibility to keep you moving throughout each class focusing on different areas of the body to test your balance with proper technique. These classes are designed for all levels of fitness skill sets because we can modify positions of the body to keep you safe and working hard no matter what level of practitioner you are. Come with an open mind and ready to have a good time.
