Registration is now open for the DCP's recreational basketball league. The league is open to all Summit residents in grades 3 to 8, and all games and practices will be held in Summit. Teams will be formed based on a skill evaluation. Each team will be guaranteed to have at least three players from each elementary school. Parents can register to be volunteer coaches through CivicRec; only two coaches per team allowed.
Schedule:
November 10: Registration deadline
November 12-20: Skills evaluations
December 3: Team assignments no later than December 3
December 13-21: Pre-season practices and scrimmages
January 5 - March 8: Regular season
March 7 & 8: Championship games
