I lost my ID card. Is there a replacement fee?: Yes. A $10 replacement fee is required for a lost ID card. We recommend hole punching ID cards (avoid barcode) and placing them on a keyring on either your pool or golf bag to avoid losing cards in the future.

1. Does everyone need an ID card?: No. Photo ID cards are required only for members of the Family Aquatic Center or the Municipal Golf Course. Any member of the SFAC under the age of 2 on opening day of the current season is not required to have a photo ID card.

2. Do I need to obtain a new ID card every year?: No. Your current ID card will automatically be reactivated once registration has been completed for the current season for either pool or golf.

3. I lost my ID card. Is there a replacement fee?: Yes. A $10 replacement fee is required for a lost ID card. We recommend hole punching ID cards (avoid barcode) and placing them on a keyring on either your pool or golf bag to avoid losing cards in the future.

4. Is there a replacement fee to update ID cards with outdated photos?: No. If you no longer look like the photo on your ID card, send us a new one. We'll be happy to update your ID card at no charge.

5. Can I use the same ID card for pool and golf?: Yes. If you are registered for both the pool and golf course, you will only need one photo ID card to gain access to both facilities.

6. How do I submit a photo for my ID card?: Photos can emailed to the Department ahead of time or taken in-person at the Community Center, 100 Morris Avenue.

7. I need ID cards for the whole family. Do I need to bring everyone with me to the Community Center?: No. While we'd love to see everyone, we recommend you bring in printed photos or have photos of all family members available on your phone. Photos of the family can also be emailed to the Department ahead of time.

8. Where do I pick up my ID card?: ID cards can be picked up in-person at the Community Center, 100 Morris Avenue or mailed directly to your home address.

To request that your cards be mailed, call the DCP at 908-277-2932. Proof of residency will be required prior to activating ID cards for all new members registering at resident rates.

9. How long does it take for a new ID card to be printed?: Once we have received payment and have a photo of you on file (and proof of residency for new members registering at resident rates), a new ID card can be printed in minutes at the Community Center, 100 Morris Avenue.

10. My card is not scanning. Now what?: We're sorry to hear that. Your ID card may be outdated or there may be a glitch in the barcode. Contact the DCP at 908-277-2932 and we'll be happy to print you a new ID card. We apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused.
