Course Description: Come join Snapology for Pokemania. Students will build and explore the world of Pokemon as they create their own gyms, battles, and even their very own generation of Pokemon. Course Description: Bring Minecraft to life using LEGO® parts! Build a motorized walking Creeper, a terrifying Ghast, and a motorized Minecart! This project-based camp, designed by Play-Well instructors, combines the basic format of our core engineering-themed programs based on the world of Minecraft. Students will explore real-world concepts in physics, engineering, and architecture while building their favorite Minecraft objects. Students will have a blast, even without any prior experience with Minecraft or LEGO® materials.

Course Description: STEM OWL brings students hands-on STEM projects such as creating exciting gadgets, exploring electricity, building a circuit for a buzzer, and constructing an electromagnet. Kids become engineers as they discover marvelous machines and discover how they make work easier and more fun! The knowledge and learning experience from this class not only help students build a strong foundation in STEM, but also strengthen their critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

(Students will create one take-home project each week.)

Course Description: In this beginner Scratch program, children will build their foundation of Scratch fundamentals to create animations and games using data structures, algorithms and game design. Students will learn to create unique game design projects with functions that involve math and logic. Challenging problems are given in each class to enhance students understanding and encourage creativity.

Course Description: Its spring time and that can mean only one thing: SPRINGTIME DRAWING WITH YOUNG REMBRANDTS! If your children are baseball fans, they will love our baseball still life lesson. Learning about warm colors and cool colors will be the focus as our artists draw a detailed exterior of a house. We’ll also learn about legendary artist Edward Hopper as we recreate one of his masterpieces. Finally, we’ll take an imaginary trip to Japan and learn about the artistry of the kimono. Course Description: Does your child have a great sense of humor to complement his or her artistic skills? If so, your child will LOVE a Young Rembrandts Cartoon class. Our students will learn how to personify inanimate objects, as they breathe life into everyday clocks. Popular pets will also see the cartoon treatment as they’re transformed into colorful characters. Then we will imagine ourselves traveling to far away worlds as we illustrate amazing alien beings. Course Description: Hurry, your team has 60 minutes to discover clues, solve puzzles, answer riddles, and manipulate contraptions in order to complete an assigned tasks to ultimately unlock the door to escape Snapology! The team that escapes the fastest is given ultimate bragging rights...until their record is beaten by a new team! In Escape Snapology, students will play various escape games using their budding S.T.E.A.M. skills; in our longer programs, students will actually have the chance to design and implement their own escape games!

We’ll teach you all you need to know about garment design and creation, from choosing a design and sketching, to final fitting! This class is suitable for beginner to advanced-level designers, as we will be sewing by hand! To top it off, you’ll strut your stuff and proudly display your new, unique designs in a fashion show for friends and family! All designs are yours to keep at the end of class!
